Tasting note
The Cavas de Weinert shows an intense bouquet of dried plums, saddle leather, Maggi herb, precious wood and pepper. Perfectly balanced on the palate, dried fruit bouquet with leather and spicy aromas, balsamic herbs, unmistakable presence of terroir. A noble knight of the old guard.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for red meat, pizza with mushrooms and ribeye steak.
Vinification
36 months in large used wooden barrels of 2000 to 6000 liters. Then 12 months in concrete vats. Minimal filtration No fining.
