With the delicious Cavaliere Rosso di Toscana IGT from 2015, you will positively surprise your guests. The winemaker from the Italian winery Michele Satta is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originated in the flourishing and fertile Tuscan countryside.

Tasting note
Strong ruby red, sweeping, lasting scent with notes of blackberries and cherries, harmonious taste with good structure, well-integrated tannins, wonderful wine.

Goes well with entrecote, filet
Vinification
After a previous harvest step, the grapes were left on the vine, which extended the ripening by another week. 70% are stripped and crushed. Fermentation takes place in open oak barrels with a capacity of 30 hl using only our own yeasts. Aging in cement tanks 18 months.
