Color: Medium lemon yellow with visible perlage. Aromatics: Aromas of exotic fruits such as mango and lychee, fine spices, bioche notes and hints of cloves. Body: Dry with fine sparkling perlage, fresh acidity, slim body and aromas of citrus fruits, exotic notes of mango and lychee as well as a fine spice, slightly tart notes and brioche notes. Quality: Harmonious cava with fine-grained perlage, slim body and complex aromas.
