Tasting note
Pinot Grigio has a balanced, elegant structure and is pressed exclusively from grapes grown by the Mezzocorona winemakers in the Etsch Valley at the foot of the Dolomites. An aromatic wine with a straw yellow robe and a fruity bouquet, with notes of chamomile, pear and mango and a fine acidity on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, white meats and fish. Also great as an aperitif.
