Tasting note
Deep red with purple reflections, very fruity on the nose with ripe notes of currant, blackberry, blueberry and tempting jam, finely underpinned by vanilla and almond from the wood; strong and structured on the palate, yet elegant with controlled acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with spicy starters with cold cuts and aged cheese, as well as pasta with meat sauces, oven dishes, game and grilled meat.
