Tasting note
With a ruby red color and the fresh, elegant aromas of roses and violets, this elegant Nebbiolo alternates with notes of cherry aromas that are infused with spicy nuances such as mint and tobacco. Mineral nuances give the wine a wonderful freshness. The finish is intense, expressive and very long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pies, terrines, cheese platter, polenta, lamb, risotto.
Vinification
Aged for 60 months in oak barrels, then in stainless steel tanks and for another ten months in bottles
