Tasting note
The fresh side of Syrah. Brilliant ruby red. Clean bouquet, rich in fruit with distinct notes of red cherries. Juicy and right on the palate, here too with clear fruit. The crunchy acidity and lively tannin contribute to the unique character of Castagnino.
Vinification
The vinification takes place in steel tanks and the wine is rested in cement vats before bottling.
