About the wine
In Greek mythology, Cassiopeia is the wife of Cepheus and the mother of Andromeda. On clear summer nights, with a bit of luck, you can discover the constellation Cassiopeia in the sky above the renowned Bolgheri. The rosé wine with the delicate scent of wild berries comes from the Poggio al Tesoro winery, which belongs to the Veronese Allegrini family.

Tasting note
Bright pink The nose exudes the beguiling scent of freshly picked cherries and strawberries, accompanied by delicate white pepper and blooming accents. The small berry notes continue on the palate, and cranberries are also clearly visible. The wine is extremely aromatic with wonderful freshness and elegance, precisely vinified. A fine touch of sage rounds off the astonishingly long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an accompaniment to summer dishes, cheese or vegetable cakes, cold roasts, salmon tartare, fish and white meat dishes, a variety of pasta dishes and spicy cheeses such as goat cheese or chaumes.
