About the wine
A wine like the first ray of sunshine on a mountain peak: clear, fresh and mild. Maturation on the lees makes this Arneis a smooth all-rounder for every occasion.

Tasting note
Intense straw yellow color, scents of fresh fruit and wild flowers, which blend well with the mineral and fresh components of the wine. The taste is full, smooth and long-lasting. The wine is good to drink, even though its large structure still guarantees positive and continuous development over time
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried poultry and tapas dishes.
Vinification
Casina Bric Ansi Arneis grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented at 16—18°C. The wine then ages on the lees for around six months, with regular batonnage, to preserve elegance, softness and typical Arneis freshness.
