Tasting note
In the glass, a deep purple with purple reflections. In the nose, herbs such as thyme. On the palate, very complex woody notes with finely incorporated acidity. Nice intense aftertaste. Beautifully harmonious and balanced.

Suitable for barbecues and game fowl, mildly seasoned meats, risotto and pasta dishes, mild hard and soft cheeses.
