Color: Rich ruby red with sparkling violet reflections, color-tight. Aromas: Bouquet typical of the variety, black cherry, plums, pomegranate, floral, violets, roses, slight bittersweet note, subtly roasty-spicy with a hint of dried fruit. Body: Chubby, very long start, delicate on the palate, subtle acidity, present, sweet palate aromas. Quality: A specialty that is cultivated almost exclusively in Trentino - worth discovering.
