Tasting note
Intense golden yellow color with hints of yellow flowers and citrus fruits. The pink grapefruit is clearly visible in the mouth, followed by lighter hints of peach and apricot. The refinement of the wood is immediately noticeable with notes of vanilla and spices, which give the wine a touch of pastry
Vinification
After fermentation, the wine is immediately aged in acacia barrels for the following six months.
