About the wine
The Tenuta Casadei, is located in Suvereto, in the province of Livorno. Just 13 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. Famous wineries such as Ornellaia and Tenuta San Guido are among their neighbors. Stefano Casadei bought the property in 2006 and the estate now comprises 16 hectares of vines. Tenuta Casadei works exclusively according to the guidelines of organic vine cultivation. The winery is considered an insider tip from Maremma.

Tasting note
Deep garnet red. On the nose, intense berry and cassis aromas, dark chocolate and tobacco. Very balanced on the palate. Long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal accompaniment to game dishes of all kinds, risotto and pasta. The main thing is strong.
