Tasting note
A white Rioja whose cuvée is dominated by Chardonnay. Composed of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Viura and 20% Malvasia. Expanded in 500Lt. -French oak barrels. Inviting nose with aromas of juicy pear, peach, grape fruit and some passion fruit, framed with fine roasted notes and floral tones. Juicy and round on the palate, with elegant freshness and a fine-mineral touch in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also great with various starters, such as lemon risotto with fried scallops, vegetable salad with herbs and olive oil or lukewarm goat cheese baked with honey on a pear chicory bed, but also with fish and seafood.
