About the wine
This wine tastes like a stroll along the coast of the Mediterranean: aromas of pine, rosemary and orange blossoms on the nose, plus a pleasant Mediterranean freshness. Very harmonious and relaxed. Awarded 97 points by Tim Atkin and hailed as “the new discovery of Spain 2024", this wine is one of the top 15 of Spain's best wines.

Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of dark cherries, plums, Mediterranean herbs and a touch of licorice. Juicy, balanced and fresh on the palate, with soft tannins and mineral depth. A characterful Mediterranean red wine with elegance and drinking flow.

Passt zu Kaninchen mit Reis und Schnecken, Braten und gegrilltem Fleisch, geräuchertem Schafskäse und iberische Würste.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand and each variety is fermented separately. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts and minimal intervention to preserve the authentic expression of the terroir. Some of the grapes are fermented with whole berries and stems to maintain freshness and structure. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels before being bottled.
