Strong dark ruby red. The delightful combination of red and black berries, especially cassis and raspberry, is combined with beautiful oak wood. The body is highly defined, cassis and blueberry aromas give rise to its tart, fruity character

Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and maceration for 15 days. Ageing: 15 months in new French oak barrels, and 12 months in bottle aging before it is ready for the market
