Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with aromas of sweet cherries, plums and cassis, followed by wonderful tobacco notes on the finish. A full body with powerful aromas and velvety tannins on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with lamb and game. Or you can enjoy it with a piece of blue cheese.
Vinification
After a slight maceration on the skins, this wine ages in the wine cellar for 18 months and then in the bottle for a further 18 months.
