Tasting note
The Carrascal Malbec is a representative of the classic style. Soft, harmonious, yet very lively and with good structure. On the palate, with notes of ripe and dried fruits and a long finish.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Carrascal Malbec goes well with burgers, barbecue and well-seasoned red meat. Our recommendation: Enjoy this red wine at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2023.
Vinification
12 months in large used wooden barrels from 2000 to 6000 liters. Then 3 months in concrete vats. Minimal filtration. No fining.
