The winemaker from the Argentinean winery Bodega Weinert is absolutely proficient in his craft. With the strong Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — Carrascal Corte Clásico, nuances and accents are redefined. Tasting note
The Carrascal Corte Clasico features an open bouquet of plum compote, dried mint leaves, plus tempting sweet aromas, horse stable, herbal tea and hay flowers. On the palate, intense compote-like fruit with herbal aromas, as well as cinnamon and dark chocolate, gently grainy texture.

Vinification
12 months in large used wooden barrels of 2000 to 6000 liters. Then 3 months in concrete vats. Minimal filtration No fining.
