Tasting note
Dark black-red. On the nose, brommberry, flower blossoms and a hint of black tea. Perfectly balanced on the palate, almost unbeatable. Carpe Divem is a blend of three barriques from 2014-2016 from what is probably the smallest and oldest plot of Larzac. >2035
