Tasting note
Color: dark red Aroma: Intense bouquet of black cherry, cassis, blackberry and plum. A touch of dark chocolate and cedarwood. Character: On the palate, a firework of aromas, carried by a soft tannin structure. It looks velvety, powerful and impressively harmonious. Wonderful aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb with rosemary, beef bourguignon, as well as with roast or game dishes, strong cheese, or grilled fish and much more.
Vinification
Ageing in new French oak barrels for at least 17 months.
