The introduction to madness... The Carnasciale consists of the same but younger, hand-picked Caberlot grapes as its big brother “Il Caberlot”. In blind samples, the barrels are selected, which promise more accessible wine, in order to be able to give an introduction to the world of experience this exclusive rarity in normal bottles.
