Tasting note
Intense ruby red. On the nose, aromas of cherries and plums with a fine spicy note. On the palate, ripe dark fruit aromas with round, soft tannins and harmonious acidity. Long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dark meats (lamb, beef, game).
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at 28°C. After fermentation, maceration for approx. 10 days. Aging in 100% new French oak barrels for 11 months.
