Graceful and picturesque landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Carmelo Rodero conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 — Carmelo Rodero T.S.M. Ribera del Duero DO, the term flavor takes on a new meaning. Tasting note
The “TSM” — a rarity of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. By creating this wine, owner Carmelo Rodero wanted to cross the threshold of his “riberas” and create a wine of international standing. He has more than succeeded with TSM - a blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. In addition to a small portion of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot play the leading role. They grow on vines that are over 50 years old. After 15 months of aging in French and American oak, this specialty is ready for the market.

It goes well with beef, stews and barbecues.

Aging for 18 months in French barriques.
