About the wine
Beautiful and graceful landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Carmelo Rodero conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent with Gruyère burgers or red meat.

Tasting note
The crianza with an expressive bouquet is filled to the brim with notes of dark berries, black pepper, accompanied by roasted aromas such as cocoa, cedarwood and licorice. Black cherry and wood aromas on the palate. Fine tannins with a long aftertaste round off this wine perfectly. A lot of elegance, well-structured and fruity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, fine cuts of meat, grilled meats, stews.
Vinification
Crianza matures in French oak for at least 15 months and then remains in the bottle for a further 12 months before being sold.
