About the wine
In the first years of his career as a winegrower, Carmelo sold the grapes to the Vega Sicilia winery, which made the Ribera del Duero wine region famous and wealthy. In 1991, Carmelo and his wife built their own bodega. This has now had its day, as the vineyards have multiplied and grown to 140 hectares. That is why in 2014 he gave himself and the two daughters a new, large winery that has what it takes to become the landmark of Pedrosa de Duero.

Tasting note
Attractive bright cherry color Intense floral aromas harmoniously combined with wild red fruits together with a touch of vanilla. Round, elegant and large mouthfeel with a persistent aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Lamb, aged cheese, grilled meat
Vinification
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20-22ºC. Aged in French oak for 9 months, followed by a minimum bottle aging of 3 months before the wine is released.
