For Valentine's Day, we recommend the provocative red wine 2019 — Carmel Selected Merlot. The winemaker from the Carmel Winery winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Merlot with slightly spicy red meat or duck.
