Tasting note
This “Carmel P.C” has fruity aromas of passion fruit, guava and melon. It has a light body and refreshing aftertaste.

Goes well with grilled sardines, chicken breast or mushroom pâté.
Vinification
The wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Upper Galilee. To preserve the freshness of the grapes, the juice is fermented in cold steel barrels and then only stored for a short period of time.
