Tasting note
This “Carmel P.C” has fruity aromas of dark fruits, plums and oak. It is full-bodied with a long and balanced finish. This attractive red wine remains in excellent drinking condition for up to a few years.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled chicken breast, beef crown or spaghetti bolognese.
Vinification
The grapes come from the best wine-growing regions in Israel, which are mostly in the Upper Galilee region, and from old vineyards from the Judean Mountains region. After the fermentation process in temperature-controlled steel barrels, the wine matures for 8 months in American and French oak barrels.
