The wine-growing areas of the Carmel Winery winery extend across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. Tasting note
The “Carmel 2 Vats” with its straw-gold color combined with a slight green tint makes a wonderful first impression. On the nose, the white wine reveals fragrant aromas of peach, apricot, lychee, pineapple and honeysuckle. On the palate, there are notes of tropical fruits, which lead to an elegant and medium finish.
Culinary recommendation
Enjoy this fruity white wine with light dishes such as a salmon fillet with spinach, spicy tartare or with a green salad with mozerella.
Vinification
This wine is made from a blend of Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard vines, which are grown in the Upper Galilee. The grapes are gently pressed, after which the juice is aged in steel barrels over a certain period of time.
