Tasting note
The “Carmel Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon” shows a deep purple color with aromas of blackberries, cassis and eucalyptus. It is full-bodied with a long and balanced finish. This attractive red wine remains in excellent drinking condition for up to a few years.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roasted poultry or a delicious shepherd's cake or a creamy risotto.
Vinification
The wine is made exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are grown in the Upper Galilee. After the fermentation process and maceration, the drop is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months of aging in the bottle.
