Tasting note
Ruby red in the glass. Hints of violets and roses on the nose, followed by red fruits, spices and balsamic notes. Soft and velvety on the palate with a nice fullness and a well-integrated woody note.
Culinary recommendation
Red meat, roast meat, game and aged cheese.
Vinification
6 months in French oak barrels, then 6 months in bottle.
