Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red. On the nose, this wine has delicate spicy notes as well as a scent of red berries and an inviting bouquet. On the palate, it is fruity and has balsamic notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with traditional Roman dishes such as abbacchio alla romana (Roman lamb dish), coda alla vaccinara (oxtail ragout) or porchetta (roasted pork). It is also an excellent choice with pasta with strong sauces, grilled red meat or medium-aged cheese.
