Tasting note
On the nose, there are scents of cherry, cassis and blackberry together with peppery and spicy notes. Dense and compact on the palate with silky soft tannins.

Goes well with lasagna, roasts, Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in cement tanks with a further 3 months of aging
