About the wine
Caravan Petrol is an homage to all small traditional winemakers on Etna who are being displaced by major industrial wine producers. In order to be able to plant vines in this impassable volcanic terrain, this is leveled with large excavators and blasts, thus destroying the natural fauna. Just like in the oil industry. The seven camels on the label symbolize the 7th people responsible for the Etna wine consortium. Caravan Petrol was also the title of a song sung by Renato Carsone, which was about industrial companies looking for oil in Naples. Annual production of 300 bottles.

Tasting note
Amber coloured with slight orange reflections. Transparency slightly cloudy as unfiltered. Nutty and yeasty flavor. Pear and ripe apple come out when you swirl the glass. Petrol and malt are secondary Flavours recognizable. Prelude looks pleasant and fresh because of the minimal residual acid. The maltiness of the wine sparkles on the palate. Apples and pears come into their own on the aftertaste
