Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow color. After opening, an intense scent of tropical fruits, wild flowers and licorice flows into the nose. The barrique maturing gives the taste a fine spiciness, density and richness. Aromatic and harmonious until the medium-long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, sushi, cheese.
Vinification
The wine is aged in used French barriques for 8 months, then aged in the bottle for 9 months before it goes on sale.
