Tasting note
Mild bouquet with flattering notes of mulberry, tar and spice. Mineral and fruity on the palate with aromas of white pepper and spices. Elegant, well-balanced body with beautiful tannins and an infinitely long finish.

Vinification
The grapes of the 60-year-old Garnacha sticks are destemmed and macerated cold. The must is fermented in French oak handmade paper and, in retrospect, it is aged in French oak fuders and barrique barrels for 14 months.
