About the wine
Tenute Olianas is located in the heart of Sardinia. More specifically, in Sarcidano, a plateau in central Sardinia. 60 km north of Cagliari, 65 km east of Oristano, on the southern border of the province of Nuoro. The estate covers over 20 ha, of which 16 ha are planted with vineyards. Tenute Olianas offers bio-integral and therefore dispenses with the use of artificial fertilisers and synthetic products.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red Powerful aromas of red berries and spicy notes of vanilla and cocoa. On the palate, it is powerful, warm and enveloping with dense and round tannins balanced by a pleasant acidity. Very long finish with slightly sweet nuances and balsamic notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat and game dishes as well as aged cheese. The wine is also recommended with lamb chops or suckling pig.
