Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque and fertile countryside of Sardinia. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this grenache with spicy dishes or burgers with blue cheese.

Tasting note
This harmonious garnet red wine enchants nose and palate with its complex, fresh aromas of cherry, plum and ripe black berries, plus dense aspects of cocoa and cloves. It impresses with a soft, round body and a pleasantly lasting finish.

Vinification
Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Nach der Handlese Ende Septenber/anfangs Oktober werden die Trauben in gekühlten Fahrzeugen in die Kellerei gebracht, um den Duft zu konservieren und eine mögliche Fermentation des Traubengutes zu vermeiden. Vinifikation in Chromstahltanks bei 24-26°C und Mazeration auf den Traubenhäuten während 10-15 Tagen. Ausbau auf den Edelhefen und Abfüllung im Juni des Folgejahres. Vor dem Verkauf ruht der Wein mindestens zwei Monate in den Flaschen.
