About the wine
Thanks to a mix of beautiful coastlines, rolling hills, steep mountain slopes and refreshing sea breezes, Sardinia has many different microclimates. The Italian island is therefore a special place for winegrowing. For centuries Aromatic and juicy grapes grow here. Passo Sardo makes excellent wines from local varieties, which reflect this long history.

Tasting note
In the glass, this red wine shows a rich garnet color. It exudes aromas of raspberries, blueberries, marmalade and Mediterranean scrub, accompanied by fine spicy notes. Balanced on the palate, with juicy fruit and a refreshing, well-integrated crunchy acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal accompaniment to charcuterie and hard cheese, but also goes well with pasta dishes and mushroom risotto.
