Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Fruity of blackberries and plums, floral of old roses. Very structured, balanced and mineral, long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes, sausages, grilled meats, roasts, hard cheeses, pizza.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity in the vineyards at the foot of Monte Limbara at an altitude of 200-300 m. They are carefully pressed and placed in steel tanks for fermentation. Aging in steel and bottle.
