Tasting note
Brilliant cherry red with garnet red reflections. Intense bouquet with aromas of red wild berries, accompanied by balsamic notes. Smooth and round on the palate, with juicy fruit. A well-balanced Valpolicella, full-bodied but without being heavy.
Vinification
The must is fermented at 20-25°C, with maceration lasting around 10 days. The wine is then aged in large oak barrels for one year.
