Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. Fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, intense aromas of white flowers and green apples. Elegant and naturally soft on the palate, yet lively, with pleasant and refreshing acidity. Excellent persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with risotto alla marinara or grilled fish.
Vinification
An excellent cru from the Monfalcon organic vineyard. The vines for this excellent Valdobbiadene DOCG grow 300-400 meters above sea level on extremely steep slopes and thus create the ideal conditions.
