About the wine
Our Soave Classico is called Campo Vulcano, a name that refers to the origin of the country where this wine comes from, a characteristic that guarantees it aromatic depth, minerality and longevity. The Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes used to produce Campo Vulcano are the result of vineyards grown in the historic area of the Monteforte d'Alpone hills. Volcanic terrain, optimal solar radiation and fresh winds from the Lessini Mountains are the three natural forces on which the character of Campo Vulcano is based.

Tasting note
It is a straw-yellow wine that explodes on the nose and palate with notes of dried fruit, almonds and peanuts, accompanied by floral notes of apricot and peach, supported by persistent minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with raw marine fish, shellfish such as scampi, lobster and shrimp. Also perfect for first courses with fish and vegetables, fresh and medium-aged cheese and excellent with fine traditional Italian salamis.

Aged for 6 months on fine yeast in steel tanks
