Tasting note
A wonderfully fruity, balanced ruby red wine with a strong aroma of cassis and sour cherry, rounded off with some vanilla notes. Lively tannins, a very fine tanginess and a lovely freshness caress the palate; the intense fruit is supported by a soft, round and very harmonious structure.

Goes well with veal with light sauces
