About the wine
A voluptuous, lively Spaniard — so far so classic. But that certainly doesn't do justice to this Grenache-Syrah cuvée. Berola from Bodegas Borsao is a figurehead of modern Spanish viticulture and a true mix of gold!

Tasting note
This black-red cuvée delights with a fruity bouquet of plum and sour cherry, plus some bisque and caramel notes. On the palate, these aromas are accompanied by light berry notes of cassis and blueberries as well as some dried fruit and leathery aspects. The wine is fresh, with pleasant tannins and a very soft, full-bodied and incredibly harmonious body and a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef with light sauces, lamb with dark sauces.
