Tasting note
Color: Cherry red with a hint of purple; Bouquet: After gentle aeration, the aromas open up with lush notes of red fruits, rounded off by a hint of oak; Palate: Good start with moderate acidity, followed by a lot of body with a strong tannin structure and a pleasantly long finish.
Culinary recommendation
A good accompaniment to any type of meat, but above all to grilled meats and ragouts of red meat, mushrooms and truffle dishes as well as various types of cheese.
