Due to the small size of the company, the work processes are strictly manual, with predominantly manual processes. In order to protect their living and working environment, owners do not use chemical substances that could damage the soil.

Tasting note
It has notes of fruit jam and small red fruits. The refinement from wood adds complexity by adding a touch of chocolate, black pepper and vanilla.
Culinary recommendation
It goes perfectly with meat, game and hard cheese.
Vinification
Aged for 6 months on fine yeast in steel tanks, 18 months in wooden barrels and 18 months in bottle before sale.
