Tasting note
Straw yellow with green reflections, floral notes dominate on the nose. On the palate, dried herbs and aromas of citrus fruits with stone fruit.
Vinification
Before fermentation, the grapes are cryomacerated to capture the aromas. The aging takes place in steel tanks for 6 months.
