Tasting note
The Camartina is in a sparkling ruby red and smells intensely of blackberries, cassis, orange zest and cocoa. On the palate, it impresses with its black-fruity texture, a fine cedarwood note and spicy spiciness with mineral notes. Juicy, fresh and long-lasting aftertaste.

Vinification
The grapes for Camartina have been grown organically since 1988. After careful handpicking, the traditional mash fermentation takes place for 2.5 weeks in large French oak barrels. Subsequent aging in French barriques for 18 months. Around a third is new oak.
